Ways We Support You

One-on-One Peer Support
Meet one-on-one with a trained peer specialist who understands lived experience. We listen, help you explore options, and support you in setting goals that feel right for you — at your own pace.

Support Groups
Our peer-led groups provide a safe space to share, listen, and connect with others who understand what you're going through. There’s no requirement to speak — participate in a way that feels comfortable to you.

Family & Loved Ones Support
Substance use and mental health challenges affect the whole family. We offer guidance, education, and emotional support for parents, spouses, siblings, and caregivers navigating difficult situations.

Harm Reduction & Overdose Prevention
We provide overdose prevention education, Narcan access, fentanyl and xylazine test strips, and harm reduction resources to help protect individuals and families.
